DeepEnergy can provide elastomer & metal-face sealed bearing roller cone cutters, the former is available for short crossing (less than 300m), the latter for long crossing(more than 300m).
We main use roller cone cutters for building 6″, 8 1/2″, 12 1/4″, 17 1/2″ tricone bit to produce hole opener, if you have specific needs, we could provide solutions accordingly.
2> Drill Collar
All the drill collars meet oil well drilling standards, reliable quality is the basic guarantee for assembling hole opener. Regular diameters of drill collars are 120mm, 165mm, 190mm, 203mm, 220mm, etc.
3> Stabilizer
The stabilizer demension is designed according to feature of rocks, the stabilizer is hard-facing by tungsten carbide materials.
