Developed in year 2013, this square arm roller cone bits is almost the first square arm roller cone bits famous in foundation rock piling field in China and the world, it is still in hot selling from year 2013 by its high cost-performance, so we name it “Classical Roller Cone Bits-Generation 1” in piling field.
The first batch for testing in Shenzhen China at year 2013 reached 65 meters depth in drilling 120MPa hardness rocks, high drilling speed and perfect performance makes it popular in China and South-East Asia rapidly and copied by many factories.
One set of classical roller cone bits has Cone 1, Cone 2, Cone 3, they have same shapes, length of Tungsten Carbide inserts(teeth) with bit-thirds (1/3) of Tri-cone bits, the 3 cones works together could get higher penetrating rate and faster drilling down speed to save cost.
